Returns Policy

Here at Barrajack customer satisfaction means everything to us.
We believe that happy customers are repeat customers, and that is why we want you to be happy with any item you buy from us.
This is why our returns policy is very simple, if you receive any item from us and you are not happy with the item for any reason, return the item it to us – in new condition with tags still on, and we will exchange it for any other item of the same value.
If there is no exchange item suitable to you, then the full purchase price including shipping will be refunded to you by cheque.

1. Always contact us first before returning any item; we need to know that items are being returned. Failure to do this may result in lengthy processing delays to organise your replacement item or refund.
2. Clearly label your returned item - include invoice and contact details.
3. Items returned must be in saleable condition / new with tags.
4. Please ensure that all stock received in a protective plastic sleeves are returned in the same plastic sleeve.

Note:
Many of our items we sell are custom made for us, and because of this sometimes items may run of stock.
If this is the case we will firstly offer you a replacement item of your choice to the same value. If there is no item suitable to you, then the full purchase price including shipping will be refunded to you by cheque.
At Barrajack we have a policy that the customer will never be worse off.
You can buy with complete confidence when you shop with Barrajack. 
(For security, your credit card details will be deleted once the order has been completed.)

    1. Colours shown in catalogues and on our website are only indicative
    2. Small variations may occur in the fabric and printing. 
    3. All sizing information is taken from manufactures specifications
